Let Me Tell You

I’ve trekked the tracks
where trains once trailed
Crept through the cracks
where winds once wailed
And now I’m here
where I appear
to bore once more

Even with all the unfinished bits sitting there reminding me of my challenges, I have still managed to post over two hundred of the silly little poems in the two years (today!) that I’ve been posting. And people still read them! Thank you all!

The cat waited
impatiently
to be sated
to be set free
She was no fool
she kept her cool
then wailed and sailed
